It took more than 7 years of development, prototyping, and testing to reach the point of creating a complex, compact, reliable, and affordable technology that can be related to microbial results in the field. Regarding field results, we have conducted 4 years of research on the impact of various combinations of amounts of effective bacteria and synthetic fertilizer products on biodiversity, soil structure, plant health, and growth.
What is continuous cultivation
Our innovative continuous cultivation technology represents a significant advancement in the cultivation of soil bacteria, offering a seamless and efficient process that ensures constant growth conditions. Unlike traditional batch cultivation methods, which often lead to nutrient depletion and waste accumulation, our machine continuously supplies fresh nutrients and removes waste, maintaining an optimal environment for bacterial growth. This cutting-edge approach not only enhances the productivity and stability of soil bacterial cultures but also facilitates the in-depth study of their growth dynamics under consistent environmental conditions.
Processes Controlled by BIOR
To ensure the stability and vitality of the process, a complexity in terms of process control parameters is required. BIOR operates autonomously, eliminating the need for user interaction.

Autonomous Microscopy
At the end of the cultivation process, the most important parameters are quality and quantity control. It is critical to understand not only how many bacteria have been cultivated but also to ensure that the system has not experienced any contamination.
Our breakthrough technology guarantees this through autonomous microscopy, both mechanically and software-wise. Multiple times per hour, a sample is automatically taken at the end of the cultivation process directly within the machine.
This sample is prepared for inspection by an automatic microscope equipped with a camera. The pictures are then analyzed by sophisticated AI, which immediately evaluates the quality and quantity of the desired bacteria in the process.
In the event of any discrepancy between the desired and obtained results, the system automatically changes the process parameters and adjusts itself.
BIOR Cultivation Media
With the right technology, cleanliness, and process parameters, the cultivation of soil bacteria can be effectively carried out using media that are easy to prepare, widely available, and costeffective, making it highly accessible. A special recipe and method will be disclosed to final users.
Sterilization and Cleanliness
For the cultivation process, it is critical to avoid any kind of contamination that could disrupt your process; any kind of parasite can enter and kill your cultivated bacteria. BIOR ensures this by employing multiple sterilization techniques on incoming media as well as on the entire system, including pipes and bioreactors. These techniques include a patented autoclave capable of high pressure and temperature, UV-C light sterilization, filtration, and a final inspection by autonomous microscopy and AI. This comprehensive approach ensures the highest level of cleanliness and process integrity.
